Air China Economy, Business & First Class
Air China has three classes of travel – First, Business and Economy. First and Business sections are being upgraded with new seating. For some flights departing from Beijing First and Business passengers may pre-order their meals by calling a free hotline before 4pm on the day prior to departure.
Air China Frequent Flyer Program
Air China’s loyalty scheme is called ‘Phoenix Miles’. It has four membership levels, qualification for each being determined by the number of miles regularly flown. All members accrue miles both on Air China and Star Alliance members’ flights. These can be redeemed for ticket upgrades or free flights, both on Air China and on some partner flights. Higher membership levels bring other privileges, including higher baggage allowances, priority check-in and access to lounges.
